In accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Regulation No
02/18/CEMAC/UMAC/CM, in its Articles 6/8 of Instruction No 008/GR/2019 on the conditions and modalities for the use of electronic payment instructions outside CEMAC, both of which are in force in the CEMAC region, Zito Financial hereby wishes to inform its valued customer, that as from January 15th, 2022, holders of prepaid cards (MasterCard and VISA) who wish to use them outside CEMAC shall be required to provide to the Bank the following supporting documents:
- A copy of the international passport (biodata page);
- A copy of the passport page with the valid VISA/Resident card/Consular card;
- A copy of the flight ticket/travel document
- The student card, a registration certificate or a scholarship certificate
An official letter of assignment / Mission Order for Civil Servants (where
applicable).
In consequence whereof, failure to provide the aforementioned supporting documents prior to any travel outside CEMAC shall result in the restriction of access to our electronic means of payment.
